fantastic city stay

i enjoyed my stay a lot. the beautiful king room was very comfortable with good amenities. the bar area offered a nice atmosphere and good food. there was free parking which was very convenient (a big plus!). breakfast had an excellent buffet selection.
the tv channel choice was a bit limited, i wish there were options for streaming services.

the hotel included a small gym with free weights and machines, it allowed for a basic workout. a pool was present, however, i didn't use it. parking was available right beside the hotel and was free.

my beautiful king room was spacious and clean. shampoo, shower caps, and body wash were provided. the room featured an adequate hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. i found the bed to be quite comfortable.

the staff at the bar and restaurant were really friendly and helpful. they did everything right and made sure my needs were met. reception staff was also polite and efficient (always a bonus!).

the hotel is centrally located and has lovely views of the river. it is very convenient to access many city attractions. the central location makes it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot.

the room was not what i hoped for it was a bit damp and seemed unused the price felt too high considering this i noticed tables at breakfast were uncleared , made the place look messy

My room included USB ports near the bed and plenty of plug sockets! I found three rolls of toilet paper available. The hand soap and shampoo had such a nice smell, a really lovely touch. I received more milk for tea and coffee than usually provided.
The check in time was moved to 4 PM. I thought this was a little late.

The hotel is situated right by the river. I observed beautiful surroundings. Its central location is great. It is very accessible. I appreciated the convenience this provided for exploring.

The staff were very friendly. I found them happy to help. Caroline at reception was amazing. I noticed she. Debbie in the bar was ever helpful, it was a real bonus.

the food in the bar was lovely. it had a menu that should suit everyone. breakfast was served in the restaurant and it had a gorgeous view of the water. plenty options were available.
the parking at the back of the hotel was very limited. it was tricky to get out in the morning because someone had parked in front of me. the barrier opens regardless of available space. i found a woman with glasses at reception rude.

poor pressureempty minibar
The shower had almost no pressure. It was basically a trickle, so washing my hair took forever. the minibar was completely empty. I expected at least a few drinks. I had to go all the way down to the bar for a bottle of water. The whole situation was inconvenient and irritating. Especially after a long day.

I was a bit disappointed . the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work properly (it was stuck on one temperature). also, the television had very limited channels. I wished there was a better selection for entertainment during downtime.

The location was central I walked around the area easily.
The parking was a nightmare I found it confusing because of the narrow one-way streets. My room felt small possibly a converted storage area. I would not want to stay longer than one night because of it.
